Customer Service Representative (pref. a grad of I.E or any Business course)

We are Delfingen PH-Filipinas. Inc., a subsidiary of Delfingen Industry, a recognized leader in providing high quality, reliable wire harness protection and fluid transfer system for vehicles. We are a global company (1000 employees) having production sites and logistics bases in North America, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

We are urgently in need of a:

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Qualification:
• Male/Female
• Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any Business Course
• Good communication skills and experience
• At least three (3) years exposure in Manufacturing business
• Proactive/positive attitude & with high attention to details
• Possess knowledge of production planning and customer care
• With knowledge of Microsoft applications and related software
• Self motivated worker and can work independently or with less supervision
